Please read our Terms of Use carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of Orvindrelaxanto's educational services, including our website, courses, bootcamps, and workshops. By accessing or using our services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.

This document outlines the agreement between you (the student) and Orvindrelaxanto, covering topics such as account responsibility, payment and refund policies, intellectual property rights, and codes of conduct. It defines terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds, outlines student code of conduct and grounds for dismissal, clarifies ownership of course materials and student-created work, and includes limitations of liability and dispute resolution processes.

1. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features of Orvindrelaxanto’s educational services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Orvindrelaxanto immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Orvindrelaxanto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must not share your account login details with any other person.

2. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Course Fees: All fees for courses, workshops, and bootcamps are clearly listed on our website. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a specific installment plan or financing option is offered and agreed upon. Orvindrelaxanto reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect courses already purchased.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
• Partial Refund: A 50% refund may be issued if cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase and less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the purchase date or if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed, whichever comes first.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@orvindrelaxanto.org. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval.

Cancellations: Orvindrelaxanto reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or workshop due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another suitable program.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by Orvindrelaxanto, including but not limited to videos, lectures, handouts, software, assignments, and digital resources, are the exclusive property of Orvindrelaxanto and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the course materials without the prior written consent of Orvindrelaxanto.

Students retain ownership of their original work and projects created during their enrollment at Orvindrelaxanto. However, by submitting your work, you grant Orvindrelaxanto a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publicly perform your work for promotional and educational purposes, such as showcasing student portfolios on our website or social media, with proper attribution. You may opt-out of this promotional use by contacting us in writing.

4. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct

Orvindrelaxanto is committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. All students are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Respectful Communication: Engage in constructive and considerate interactions with instructors, mentors, and fellow students in forums, live sessions, and other communication channels. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized collaboration, or any other form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. All submitted work must be original and reflect your own efforts.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions and communications within the Orvindrelaxanto community.
• Privacy: Respect the privacy of others and do not share personal information or private communications without consent.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to temporary suspension, permanent expulsion from courses, and termination of your account, without refund.
